Happy 4th of July
Cloe Lynn in the sailor dress I found in St Augustine this past February. Jacksonville has an amazing collection of sailor gear for children in the various department stores...being a Navy town. But St Augustine had the 'perfect' dress with the red tie and the cuffs.
